Technology Executive · Transformation Leader · Cybersecurity · M&A Integration

I build better organizations through technology, clarity, and people.

I’ve spent my career leading complex technology environments, integrating acquisitions, modernizing infrastructure, strengthening security, and helping teams become more capable than they were before.

Open to CIO, CTO, enterprise transformation, and M&A technology leadership opportunities.

About

Technology is the mechanism. Better organizations are the goal.

I am a global IT and business leader who has built enterprise infrastructure, led cybersecurity programs, integrated acquired companies, consolidated technology estates, and delivered large-scale operational change across industries and geographies.

My approach is practical: understand the business problem, simplify what is unnecessarily complex, build teams that can operate without constant executive intervention, and measure success in business outcomes—not technical activity.

Leadership

Build teams that do not depend on the executive

Develop people, create redundancy, cross-train critical responsibilities, and deliberately make leadership less of a bottleneck.

Capability over dependency

Leadership Philosophy

My goal is not to be the smartest person in the room.

“When I leave an organization, I want people to say they are better for having known me.”
Hire great people. Then give them room to become better than you expected.
Make knowledge redundant. No critical process should depend on one person.
Expect ownership.Clarity, accountability, and trust should coexist.
Fix systems, not symptoms.Operational problems usually reveal structural problems.

Career

This is intentionally a high-level view. A full résumé can be provided for specific opportunities.

Beyond Work

Curiosity and building things don't stop at the office door.

I have lived and worked across cultures, including two years in Chile, and I am bilingual in English and Spanish. Travel has shaped the way I listen, adapt, and lead.

Outside work, I am happiest learning, building, repairing, or exploring—often somewhere far from a conference room.

Roads, mountains & machines

I ride a 2004 Harley-Davidson Super Glide and have taken it from Utah to Yellowknife, across the United States, through Yellowstone and throughout southern Utah. I also enjoy backpacking Wyoming's Wind River Range and have climbed Grand Teton twice.

At home, I am restoring my grandfather's 1985 Chevrolet C30 dually. I enjoy hands-on mechanical work for the same reason I enjoy technology: understanding how systems fit together and making them work better.

Chile remains one of the places closest to me—especially Pucón, surrounded by mountains, Lago Villarrica and Volcán Villarrica.
